Product Research

We conduct STRATEGIC RESEARCH that focuses on product strategic direction set at the executive level - the big picture. We partner with your product and design teams, and other key stakeholders at the strategic planning phase, using research to help them define product strategy, product innovation ideas, roadmap, requirements, and set priorities.

The research we focus on at this stage allows companies to freely explore, cause disruption, fast-track new products, explore and understand new market trends, and explore technology trends to find ways to move companies forward and develop solutions for users.

Design Research

We conduct TACTICAL RESEARCH which is generally reactive and concentrates on short-term goals and quick wins such as increase engagement, acquisition, retention, current pain point, barriers to engagement, etc.
